According to The digital pocket: embracing the mobile age, a research done by Experian in December 2012 with 314 marketers being interviewed, 71% indicated that they are going to in-app advertising in mobile marketing plan in 2013.
Penny Wong, General Manager of AMAZE Mobile Media said, “Among the mobile platforms, we see iPhone is still more favorable to most advertisers, while some of them have started to extend their reach to Android users. On the other hand, we keep watching the performance on Windows Phone platform where the traffic boosted after the launch of new LUMIA handsets in December 2012.”
